Will I see you at my next festival/doof?
We absolutely love a festi and try to go to as many as we can. We always carry some spoons on us when we're at one and will post on Instagram how to find us!

How long does shipping take?
Please note that due to COVID-19 Australia Post is experiencing significant delays- this means your parcel may take longer to reach you than it normally would. We apologise for any inconvenience caused!
Standard shipping normally takes 2-5 business days (although sometimes this can be a touch longer due to Australia Post's delivery network and is unfortunately out of our control).

We always aim to post orders within 24-48 business hours although due to shift in outside work (as this is a small business run by one person and is not our main job but rather a passion project), orders may be shipped out up to 7 business days from ordering.
(Note that public holidays and weekends do not fall under 'business hours').

Do you offer express postage?
We sure do! Express postage normally takes 1-2 business days depending on location- tracking is provided.

Do you offer pickup?
We can organise pickup arrangements- we're based in the inner western region of Melbourne. Please message us via Instagram to arrange this.

Alternatively, we have a select range stocked by Tibbs and Bones in Windsor, VIC.

How much is shipping?
National standard postage is included in the price of all items (so free!). All items are sent via tracked postage.

Express postage is $10.
​
International postage starts at $5.
Do you post internationally?
Yup! No sesh gremlin shall be left behind.

Do accept change of mind returns?
Sorry, we don't accept any returns for change of mind. If there is a fault with your product we will absolutely organise a replacement or refund.
